GENERAL
✨By purchasing my art you automatically agree to these terms, please read carefully and entirely.
✨Humans, Anthros, Creatures of any kind, OCs, anime characters and video game characters are all welcome!
✨I am allowed to refuse your commission for any reason if i feel uncomfortable with your request.
✨I am allowed to use your commissioned artwork for my portfolio and social media platforms.
✨A NDA is available and will come with an extra fee, in which case i will not post your commissioned artwork in my portfolio or social media.PAYMENTS
✨Payments go through Vgen.
✨Full payment upfront. i will not start drawing until payment is done.
✨Installments are avaible for bigger commissionsREVISIONS
✨Unlimited revisions. I will also update you at every main phase of the process so sketch, flat color and render.
✨No big changes to the piece after the flat color is approved. Before that, however, i can modify the sketch and flats as much as needed.
✨If i forget a detail about your character and you make me aware of it, even if i'm already in the rendering process i will fix that.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✨Commissions can take from 1 week to a month or two to be completed based on complexity. You will be made aware of my queue when you start your order and i will give you a rough estimate about how long the request is gonna take.USE
✨You can use my artwork for anything you want as long as credit is given.
✨Streams and social media are okay.
✨Commercial rights to my artwork for merch and similar come with extra fees.
✨Please be aware that from the 15th of July, X has updated their T.O.S and everything you post on the website will be their property. You can post my commissioned artwork as you please, on any website you want, just be aware of their policies.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✨Do not feed any of my commissioned work into any kind of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. You do not have my permission to do that.REFUNDS
✨Refunds are not available anymore after i start the sketch.COMMUNICATION
